MKK performed the mechanical and electrical engineering for the replacement of the base village of this local ski resort. Each building's service and equipment was designed to accommodate future retail space requirements.

The village consists of seven buildings with a total of 299,450 SF, and another 243,500 SF of storage, basement, and underground parking planned for replacement of the base village of this local ski resort. The total construction budget was $132 million with the designed systems construction cost totaling $20.25 million.

Mechanical design included hot water wall fin and split systems for heating and cooling, four heating water boiler plants with multiple boilers, plumbing for residential units and common areas, fire protection system, and heated and ventilated parking areas.

Electrical design included normal power, emergency power, lighting, fire alarm, and pre-wiring of telephone and cable TV systems. Additional special systems, dictated by building codes and the owner, included elevator shunt trip, garage access systems, and gutter/roof heat trace systems.
